Brain XP™'S TikTok Mental Health Influencer Mentorship

Terms & Conditions Agreement

This Brain XP™'s TikTok Mental Health Influencer Mentorship Agreement is made and entered into by and between ("Client") and Brain XP™.

1. Description of Training/Audience/Capacity:

Brain XP™'s TikTok Mental Health Influencer Mentorship (“Program”) is a One on One Mentoring Program for Aspiring Positive Mental Health Influencers. Client will work directly with Brain XP™'s founder Christine Marie Frey (Mentor) to help Client reach his/her goals as an advocate while growing Client's TikTok account.

Program is 4 weeks long. Throughout Program, Client will receive:
-Initial Detailed Custom Advocacy & Social Media Development Plan
-Mentorship Bundle (Influencer Inspiration Worksheet, Influencer Branding Worksheet, Email & TikTok Accounts Creation Important Information Guide, Content Creation Tools & Tips Guide, TikTok Video Template)
-Unique Content Creation Calendar (Content Categories for Posts, Creation & Posting Schedule, Engagement Routine) 
-Weekly Revisions to Initial Detailed Custom Advocacy & Social Media Development Plan
-Weekly Content Inspiration & Ideas
-Weekly Check In Emails
-Daily Access to Mentor via Email

2. Schedule/Equipment Requirements/Time Frame/Cancellations:

Program takes place virtually through email. Client must have an active email address, access to the internet, and devices capable of linking to email.

The start date of Program will be verified via email within 3 business days of Program purchase. Client will receive their initial detailed custom advocacy & social media development plan within 3 business days of Program purchase. Client will also receive the dates for revisions to their initial detailed custom advocacy & social media development plan, the dates for weekly content inspiration & ideas, and the dates for weekly check in emails within 3 business days of Program purchase. 

Client will receive Mentor’s email address and may send emails to Mentor for the duration of Program to ask questions, request feedback, and communicate with Mentor.

Program is non-refundable.

Upon 4 weeks after Program start date, Program will be considered complete. Client may, at any time during Program, terminate continuation of the Program, but funds for Program are not refundable.

3. Fee:

Program fee is $499. Payment must be made before Program begins.

4. Copyrights

Brain XP™'s TikTok Mental Health Influencer Mentorship and associated written materials ("Materials") are solely owned & copyrighted by Brain XP™. Attendees may use the Materials only for his/her own personal use in growing his/her platform. Program and Materials may not be reproduced or distributed for any purpose.

5. Warranties

Brain XP™ makes no warranties, expressed or implied, as to any matter whatsoever, including without limitation, the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any goods or services provided.

Brain XP™ is a Lived Experience/Youth Mental Health Advocacy Organization and does not provide mental health professional treatment advice. The materials in the Brain XP™'s TikTok Mental Health Influencer Mentorship are not an attempt to practice medicine or give medical advice. The information provided is for the sole purpose of being informative and is not to be considered complete, and does not cover all issues related to mental health, advocacy or social media. In consideration of the privilege of participating in the Program, Client for himself, his heirs, assigns, executors, or all members of his family, including minors, waives, releases, officers, and directors from any and all responsibility, claims, demands, damages, causes of action whether now known or unknown that arise from or relate in any manner to the Program and Materials.
