Therapy
Therapy, also called Psychotherapy or Counseling, is the process of meeting with a therapist to resolve problematic behaviors, beliefs, feelings, relationship issues, and/or somatic responses (sensations in the body).
Mindfulness-Based Therapy - The goal is to help individuals accept and focus on their emotions without feeling overwhelmed by them.
Family Therapy - This type of therapy is designed to help families come to terms or overcome a problem.
Group Therapy - This allows a group of people who are going through similar problems to share, discuss, and relate their experiences in a group setting with the help of a therapist.
Art/Music Therapy - This type of therapy is a form of treatment that uses creativity as a means to express feelings and thoughts.
Teletherapy - This type of therapy is providing therapy sessions through a live video connection, over the internet.
